All of us at Topsham RFC are saddened to hear of the passing of
Paul Harris, former Devon RFU President. Paul was a true champion of grassroots rugby here in Devon and his involvement in the County's progress at all levels was immeasurable. He will be a huge loss and deeply missed.
Our heartfelt condolences go out to Paul's family and all who knew him including those at Crediton RFC where he was also heavily involved and well loved.
