Amongst horrible conditions our Tempests succumbed to another narrow defeat this time to Truro. Two first half scores for the visitors were replied to with an Em Owen try before a nervy second half lay in the balance. As the tension rose the heavens open and the final quarter of the match was played in abysmal conditions. Throwing all we had at it we chased a try to level things but Truro were resolute and in the final stages hit us with the knockout punch; their third. Bideford up next but first a warm shower. Safe journey home to Truro.
