Topsham 35-35 Royal Wootton Bassett
-Wootton Bassett peg Tops back late on to frustrate-
An improved performance from recent weeks almost paid dividends but Royal Wootton Bassett fought back to bag points of their own and deny us the full haul. Following two late tries conceded we had the potential to kick a game winning three points but it was adjudged to be just outside the range of George Mulgrew. We had led 22-14 and 35-21 so to not get over line is gutting for the boys on an afternoon where the margins were razor fine. Plenty of positives though from the incoming players and new names although more injuries continue to pile up. We head to Sidmouth on Friday night for what is a crucial league match but also a Devon Cup double header. Its a big one!

Tempests 65-0 Wiveliscombe
-Emphatic Tempests light up Bonfire Field-
A biggest win in almost seven years saw the Tempests pick up a second win in as many weeks. A staggering seven tries from Grace Scott set us up for a brilliant victory but it was a true team performance that paved the way. A powerful and commanding performance from 1 to 15 with more than adequate support from the substitutes helped us navigate a capable Wiveliscombe outfit that fought hard throughout. A brilliant win, well done Tempests
