We regrettably must announce that our upcoming 1st XV game against Matson on Saturday 6th has been called off. Matson are unable to field a side to travel and have such notified us earlier today. The result of this is that we will receive a full five points and the reverse fixture in March will now be a home game for us meaning we won't have to travel to Gloucester later in the season. We wish their squad all healthy recoveries and look forward to welcoming them to Bonfire Field a few months than later planned next year.
(In order to avoid confusion as the game was previously at home, we've put it down as a home walkover but once the fixtures are reversed on GMS in due course it'll technically be an away walkover for us)
Supporters; if still keen for a Topsham rugby fix please direct your attention to a massive 2nd XV game away at Exeter Saracens instead. That one should be a cracking contest.
