After a number of fantastic seasons which has involved the successful rebuilding of our Ladies section to some of their best ever membership numbers Gareth Williams is sadly stepping away. lGareth, known affectionally as Big G has been an integral part of the section way beyond the years he spent as our Head Coach. Due to changes in personal circumstances Gareth has made the decision he can no longer provide the time, effort and dedication to TRFC that he's relentlessly given us for so long and feels is essential to the development of the team. He leaves behind a club that is in far better shape than where it started out, the potential of disbanding was very real before his involvement. There has been no doubt that this man has poured his heart and soul into the team and for that we are all forever grateful. We wish him all the best in his future endeavours. The strong team of coaches he has built around him will lead the Ladies in the interim whilst we look for G's successor...they're big shoes to fill in more ways than one
