This Saturday sees Topsham 2's try and preserve their unbeaten start to the season, when they welcome Torquay 2nd XV to bonfire fields for a 1430 Kick off.

Torquay fresh off a 90+ points to nil win will becoming full of confidence, however Topsham game through their toughest test of the season last week 24-7 to make it 4 wins from 4 this term.

Again this week, numbers at training have been fantastic and this is shown once more in the quality of the team selected.

Nuggety and versatile scrum half, Ed Smale moves to 12 to accommodate the equally versatile Eddie Roberts at 9. Long term first team regulars Adam Buckley and Russ Sayer appear in a potent looking back line.

Upfront the only changes see Barry Farrely return at hooker, Craig Hall rotated in at Prop and Josh Collins starting at 7.

The bench is Bolstered (we shall see on this) by a couple of long serving Vets, Jack Knowles, will be there in body if not spirit, after what sounds sure to be a very civilised corporate event up at Bath RFC, and Kev Ware.....it was only a matter of time that Kev could stay away.

Any way this Saturday provides the 2's with another stern test, but is they stick to the game plan and cut out the penalties they have every reason to be confident in extending their winning start to the season.
