TRFC AGM (14/4/21 - 19:30)
The date for the club's AGM has been rescheduled to May 12th at 19:30. We still intend to hold it over Zoom. Apologies for the confusion surrounding the date, we have pushed it back by a month to ensure all members have sufficient time to read all the relevant documents and accounts as well as allowing those putting together reports to do so.
The following people will be standing for elected positions. Please email either chairman@topshamrugby.co.uk or secretary@topshamrugby.co.uk if you would like to put yourself forward for any of the below.

To request the addition of AOB, please send in writing to either of the above addresses. To ensure your request is included please send over at least 24 hours before the start of the meeting.
A full list of all relevant documents will be made accessible by the 28th April at the latest.
